mr. eric brown is here. who's been there for 30 years. um, it's a great resource for us. we've also provided child care on treasure island for 15 years, catholic charities, however, was founded in 1853. so we have been providing services in the bay area for 170 years. we serve about 70,000 people annually by providing supportive services to over 7000 formerly unhoused clients. we're very proud of the work that we do and the services we provide. we're excited to be co-developing this project with the john stuart company, given their expertise in affordable housing development and our extensive service experience, partner ing together, which, um, i don't know if you know, but we used to in the 170 years, be an affordable property developer. that was part of what we did until, well, we split off and mercy took that part of our work and we kept the services side. so we're very interested in going back to our roots and learning everything we can about affordable housing development again. and and, um, we have a good teacher with john stuart company and the team that we've put
