mrs. clinton to be a part of this campaign. >> it does.now it's impossible for it not to be a political issue. that doesn't mean that there is no principle and it doesn't mean it's not important. but the people mrs. clinton wants to get in the polls, and notice it's in battleground states, are people who tend to be younger, poorer, less he had indicated, more likely to be minorities, that is people who tend to be more likely to be democrat. and the people the republicans are in some sense saying will come with fraud and abuse and illegal credentials, those would be democrats. so i think both sides have partisan agendas. i think there is a larger question. and it's really sort of a fundamental question of democracy. should everyone vote. i mean should we make it so easy to vote that really everybody votes or should voting be for those who want to make the effort who want to come out on a tuesday, who care enough to actually go vote. >> that's a fascinating issue. foind founder of acorn says there should be mandatory voting in the united sta
