mr. givener and sticking around with us and our clerk of committee. thank you victor for your work. i wanted to talk about a few things i was excited about with our budget. in total we're saving over $40 million with $20 million in the first year and approximately 15 in the second year. and with those savings we're able to do so many things that are going to benefit the residents here in san francisco. we funded all of our hiv, aids federal budget cuts. [ applause ] >> we've been able toll add all of our -- we've been add the gardeners for our city parks and open up a park in every district. and homeless prevention service for the most vulnerable. and hands ongoing for infrastructure city wide with record levels of capital spenting at $2 million in direct children services and $2 million in work force training and 1.5 cost increase for our city service providers. all the while maintaining the mayor's priorities as well as ours in public safety and providing fire academy and police academy classes and contribute to go the budget reserves. i want to thank all the committee members and
