mr. mick kins. is there any analysis about the entrances not just the fact there's increased upgrade age but who's using it. not that there's more usage age but we're pricing our community members out of access. on paper it looks good but folks and community can't afford to participate >> i think we have two pieces of evidence. the first is fraepg the previous concession charges those for two years without commission authorizations and that gives us the sense there's community support for this. when we went to that rate there's not a large groping drop off. and second is that we have this available pricing structure it's not a new peak rate attempt it's a dynamic pricing. we've seen a lot of our amenity you locals don't necessarily go there anyway because they can expect a line if they go to the boat house before whereas in the winter in january they could have a beautiful 75 degree saturday and we'll have those lower rates so the visitors and the locals can attend >> thank you. do you have i guess
