mr. paulson. >> do so with the delores convenience services shelter. i think that i will speak. i would like to talk about what i see as the three priorities that i would look for in a candidate. the first, spanish-speaking ability has been mentioned many times. i do not want to put this other kinds of diversity or demographics, i think this is over all an effort to make this as representative of the committee as possible. i want to mention, leadership skills are something that are needed on the committee. if you compare the way this committee functions, compared to the local homeless coordinating board, in terms of setting up committees and work groups, the sheltering monitor committee could use some leadership to take it in this direction, for the participation. somebody with that kind of experience would be great. and the spirit of collaboration is something that we have seen before and i hope that any candidates coming into the committee would come in with the intention to collaborate in good faith. not the mindset of being on one side or the other. the spirits of collaborat
