tracie potts in washington with the latest. a lot of people say this debate didn't move the needle when it comes to the republican field except for mr. bush battling back. >> this was a stronger performance than we have seen with bush in the past. he went after donald trump and donald trump as expected pushed back but this may have been one of the best debates we have seen for jeb bush. now he has a long way to go. ted cruz who a lot of people talked about being a threat to donald trump, especially in iowa, especially with conservatives based on the numbers that we've seen, quite frankly they didn't go after each other at all last night. you saw it and heard it there. when the door was open, given the opportunity, neither of them chose to go after each other and being the top two in the party right now, that's interesting and it says a lot about what the future might be between these two. we were taking a look at twitter and facebook and google and online polls this morning. they are all pointing to donald trump as the winner of this debate. one interesting point, though, the most twitter followers gained during this debate last nig
