it is muggy outside. you will notice the difference. cooler air from southeast wind from the atlantic. you get west and you will see warmer readings in the 80's. that is the story tomorrow. a cold front to the west. what happens in front of that is we get a west/northwest flow of winds to come to the mountains. that will warm us through the upper 80's to perhaps 90 degrees. we talked about this the first tropical storm. on a. tropical depression i'm not sure what it is now. area of low pressure premnant that is moving off the coast and the outer banks to southeastern virginia. we stay in a wedge of muggy air tonight. a patch of fog. tomorrow winds develop and the cold front to heat us up. upper 80's to 90 with sunshine. then we have to deal with some of the cooler weather for the middle of the week. there is one area of shower along the appalachian. keep an eye on this tonight. they hope to move to the east and they will diminish. otherwise the future cast shows the pattern pretty much on schedule here. gusty, breezy. warm temperatures
