chair, madame secretary, council, i am here today echoing nadia. bittersweet but very happy occasion for chen fei ferry lo upon his retirement from the agency. fers ri is here. a humble and reserved man. but we wanted to spend this time here briefly to say that ferry began with the agency, the redevelopment agency in 1996 after 22 years of service both in the information technology department and serving over six directors. during his time, he has a special place in the redevelopment agency in ocii and he fulfilled many of the responsibilities or all of the responsibilities for the i.t. department. he facilitated a move from golden gate avenue to our facility here, doing all the information for i.t. he also installed new servers and new computer networks. and he transitioned the agency from all the technology during those 22 years. so, he's been -- he made us more transparent, more efficient. and we could not have done the work that we've done without his service. lastly we want to recognize ferry lo, he embodies the people side of the agency. ther
