good evening on this sunday, i'm denise nakano. temperatures are about to drop and a refreeze on the roads is a big issue. let's go to first alert meteorologist steve sosna. >> after getting above freezing today and melts off some of the snow and the slush, we will go back below freezing tonight. but we hit our forecast high of 39 degrees here in philadelphia. 35 in pottstown, 37 in redding. so not all of the snow melted off today. and with that, we'll see a refreeze here tonight. now, temperatures it really depends where you are if you're going to see black ice at this moment. 26 in mount pocono where you could see some on the side streets. 33 in pots dowtstown, some area around there may see black ice. we'll see some of that slush turning into a soft ice tonight. it won't be frigd and cold tonight like like that, but just enough to get some icy conditions on some of the roadways. you'll see that first in the suburbs and then into the city. slick, untreated surfaces. don't slam on your brakes in those kinds of conditions. i'll be
