natalie? >> yes. and as far as this government and their unwillingness to move this process forward, are there any countries that they may invite in to help them with this? >> there's at least 30 countries involved in the relief operations in nepal. and a lot of aid agencies with all of the different united agencies. world bank. so a lot of agencies involved but nepal is sort of trying to coordinate all these different agencies involved and that's been the problem really. because there's too many interests here. nepal obviously has a fractured government from the beginning. a government that hasn't been able to put a constitution together. there is no unity in the government. that is the problem is that the aid is coming in, but distribution is a problem because the government itself is to fractured. >> thank you. and yes, there are many countries there pepping and tryinging to reach these villages to bring aid and in just a moment we will have the latest on that u.s. helicopter that went missing duri

natalie? >> exactly. another sickening aspect of how isis is able to amass so much money to continue its rampage. also with palmyra, ian, people are saying why can't palmyra be rescued. that puts an awkward forcing the tous go into syria to try to run isis out because they are aiding the syrian government somewhat. it gets tricky trying to figure out who is on what side, where and how. >> that's right. as we've seen, isis has expanded in syria and iraq. the u.s. government has to be very careful to be seen who they are supporting. quickly in iraq they don't want to be seen as supporting the shiite militias. they have used air strikes to aid advances. and the u.s. government doesn't want to be seen as aiding the syrian government. so it is a very sticky situation. but at the same time, isis is everyone's enemy. they do not have these allies in either side. everyone is trying to fight them. so when you do see isis's tentacles reaching across the region, a lot of people are wondering really what can be done

natalie azar. is it easy to tell who is at risk for brain cancer? >> no.espite there is research in to the genetic or environmental risk factors for this particular cancer there are no well-defined accepted risk factors for brain cancer other than perhaps a prior history of radiation to the head. there are some uncommon her red tear syndromes where brain cancer can be seen. generally speaking there are no risk factors and no good screening tests for brain cancer. >> 46 years old. to so many seems so young. does biden's death at that age surprise you? >> unfortunately. no prognosis certainly improves as a young adult. we talk about five-year survival in brain cancer. as one gets older, survival does decrease. brain cancer in general, can affect people of all ages. we see different types, more prominently in the adult group opposed to the pediatric population but it can affect anyone at any age. >> we mentioned this clean bill of health he was given two years ago. are these reliable given this disease? >> generally speaking oncologists say a malignant brain
