natasha back to you. >> thanks so much.e'll see you soon. >>> now a developing story at this hour. west goshen police release new surveillance pictures of the suspect's pickup truck in the murder of bianca roberson. authorities say the man behind the wheel of this red pickup truck shot and killed the 18-year-old girl on wednesday afternoon after they were trying to merge into the same lane. the driver is described as a man between the ages of 30 and 40 with a medium build, blond or light brown hair. he is considered armed and extremely dangerous at this point. crime stoppers is now offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in this case. >>> also a water main break forces the shutdown of a major intersection in west philly. residents used brooms to try to help clear away the mud at 61st and haverford. the water main broke around 5 o'clock this morning turning the 6000 block into more of a lake. right now the philadelphia water departmentally is working to try to fix that main as quickly as possible. >>> a

good evening everyone, i'm natasha brown.eyewitness news" reporter alycia nieves joins us live outside of police headquarters with the very latest on this ongoing investigation. alycia. >> reporter: well, natasha, police believe the person who was killed and then set on fire was shot at least eight times and may have even been mutilated. authorities have not made an arrest tonight leaving people in the community where this happened resting uneasy tonight. a homicide investigation under way in the bridesburg section of northeast philadelphia. at 5:00 in the morning just outside this recycling and garbage facility, a body was discovered on fire. >> it's very scary, very scary especially with our kids here. it's -- it's shocking. >> reporter: people who live in the nearby relatively quiet neighborhood are in disbelief over the discovery but also right frightened by the gruesomeness of this crime. around 3:45 workers at the quick way transfer station heard what they now know to be gunfire. they initially thought it was fireworks.

good morning, amy. >> reporter: hi, good morning, natasha.g is still standing, but don't let that fool you. the fire did a lot of damage. look at the flames that firefighters faced when they first arrived here. they got the call that this six-unit building was on fire around 12:00, right before 12:30 this morning. firefighters not only worked to put out the fire but also focused on getting everyone out safely. >> are you guys with them in the apartment? is that your apartment? >> no, it's right here. >> okay. >> we can't get our dog. >> go on out. go on out. >> some frantic moments there while firefighters say everyone did get out okay, no one was hurt. but some homes were destroyed. at least two units have some major damage. repairman on scene here was telling us he thinks there's a third unit with some smoke and water damage. the red cross helped two families, a total of eight people, find a hotel rooms for the night. somewhere to go because they could not stay here. power is also off to the building. this is located on ignacio valley road.
