[applause] let's remember that the individuals and the mindset that perpetuated the horrible acts of september 11, 2001 and killed 3000 or so of our federal citizens, that mind-set still exists and they could have killed 30,000 or 300,000 or 3 million. as soon as they get the capability, they will try. we need to make sure we stand strong and diligent and diligent to make sure those threats are identified and called by name and defeated before they operate against the united states of america.
