that stems from a case in 2014 that navalny says was politically motivated. up to that hearing and he violated the terms of his probation. so they could now file that he would be arrested if and when he ever comes back into this country. there is two things about this. authorities are saying he recovered from the poisoning and he should be able to show up, but he is still recovering. yesterday when this broke i look at the flight routes from germa germany. there was no way for him to get here. there is no direct flights, there was no way to make that hearing at u 9:00 a.m. this morning. he took to social media to call the authorities out on this. he says the intelligence service are embarrassed after they recovered large parts of an fsb plot to kill him. navalny also says he managed to get in touch with an fsb agent that was part of that plot and duped him into admitting large parts of that. he said "like i said, somewhere there is vladimir putin in his bunker stomping and yelling "why didn't he die" if he didn't die he is device guilty and we will jail him."
