navy s.e.a.l.s from s.e.a.l. team two launchesed mission from the "uss roosevelt."ssion was bloodless. it took about two hours. the s.e.a.l.s boarded from ribbed vessels from the sea and surprised the three-man libyan crew around 10:00 p.m. eastern. the oil tanker is en route right now as we speak to libyan waters. it's being escorted by the "uss stout." the three libyan detodainees ar on board and will be handed over when they arrive. but it's important to remember what has been going on in libya of late. the libyan government attempted to use its navy and air force last week to retake the stolen oil tanker. when it failed, the libyan parliament voted no confidence last tuesday in the prime minister, who then thread the country on an unmarked plane for malta and then onward to europe. the u.s. navy vessels involved in the oerpg today were part of the "uss george h.w. bush" aircraft carrier group. the problem is libyan rebels still control the eastern sector of the country and several oil ports, which they seized control of recently. the central libyan government is
