if the nda is not past, the projects, i have one in my state of oklahoma, where is that? we have a thing where a demolition shop, we've gone through a lot of drag around and we have increased the size of our ammunition demolition activities substantially and we are doing most of it now right there in oklahoma. while it's a new demolition shop and we can get rid of a lot of these things, we are not able to get rid of. we have military construction projects in 38 states one in the state of maine, it is very significant to be able to do these projects. military construction doesn't happen, and authorization and appropriation, people to understand this but in order for something to get done, you have to have it authorized. this is what the chair does, authorized military projects in the house to be appropriated. appropriators come and they put the money in that's how this system works. if it's not past, the military will be able to increase the total number of troops and military services and that's where it needed to address growing threats and increase, it doesn't happen wi
