i want to talk julie bit more about the ndaa. next year the national defense authorization act i imagine will have quite a bit of influence, piece of legislation come through. how does this issue comparative you make and they will divert funds from other programs and resources. how do you see this kind of playing out? what are the other crises that will be playing a policy act when it comes to the ndaa next year? >> first we have to vote out this last one, which we are late in doing. and then we will dive right in to the next one. i mentioned the gender-neutral physical standards that we have in this ndaa. i hope that survives conference with the senate, senator cotton had companion legislation. i think we did a lot more in general. i think we need a lot more data. again i'm looking forward to working with tom on a panel on this issue with heritage that, and some surveys to understand why our recruits say no. why are some making initial contact with recruiters and then not ultimately joining. one of the things i'm very interested
