. >> yeah, we have a storm system across nevada. getting closer than expected to california and that's helping to create tight wind gradient. right now, winds coming out of the north at 17 miles per hour. the north, one of the most dangerous directions of wind because it's very dry, so our fire threat is up there. you can see some of the highest sustained winds from santa rosa back towards fairfield. from the teens to the low and mid-20s. we are under an advisory from 8:00 p.m. tonight through 8:00 a.m. on wednesday. that's when we think the winds will be the highest. my number one concern will be marin, napa and sonoma counties where we could see gusts as high as 45 miles per hour. it includes all of the east bay from pleasonton up to walnut creek down towards fremont. the third concern will be areas of the peninsula, from san mateo towards palo alto. i'll have more on how high temperatures are going to go in just a few minutes. >>> we're following breaking news now. major delays on bart. this is a balboa park station. bart says a
