so in nevada in the united states that's very environmental destructive.another common in south, a place called the lithium triangle argentina chile bolivia where they come together are evaporation ponds where there's these huge bodies of water, they evaporate and then there's lithium that the from the prime that's there, huge waste of water. but in what is now being rechristened the lithium valley, there's tremendous lithium in geothermal reserves that are buried 4 to 6000 feet below the surface. there's already 11 geothermal plants there. and if you could bring the lithium up, bring the price up, extrapolate, inject the brine back down, you wind up with the cleanest cleanest method of extracting lithium in the world. and so there's corporate interest, large companies that could make a lot of money there's environmental interest because this is something that would promote clean energy and it could be done in a much less damaging way. the state has a great deal of interest because they'd love to have lithium valley a company central valley and silicon val
