snow up in the sierra, nevada and yes spots. we've got some pretty decent downpour so far and just enough to get things going. but i think it's going to be the consistency of this rain as we head in toward late tonight and tomorrow morning, we're going to really start to pick up some pretty impressive totals. remember, this is a tapping some subtropical moisture you can see off the coastline. so the called the aloha glow sitting off the hawaiian islands. it's pumping all this moisture up and making that rain right toward the bay area where it's going to fix a and really dump a lot of rain over the next 24 hours. see a whole lot of that coming our way. in fact, you see on the models, you kind of see that trajectory giving that idea all that subtropical moisture just pouring into the bay area and it's going to keep going on and off throughout the day may be lifting a little bit by tomorrow afternoon, tons of snow in the sierra nevada to go along with that as well. but it could be one of those times where hunker down inside. enjoy
