winter storm warnings are in effect from washington to albany, new york, and blizzard watches are uprom newark, new jersey all the way to boston. forecasters say that this could be the biggest snowstorm of the winter. get ready. chief weather caster lonnie quinn of our new york station wcbs is tracking the big storm as it moves east. what do you see? >> yowza, big meteorological word. what i've got for you gayle the system that we just talked about in chicago, 4 to 8 inches of snow on the ground. okay. and they're snow drought. but that system is going to interact with another system around the gulf and that's why we're calling for bigger totals on the east coast. there's your chicago system. here's this gulf coast system. they're going to merge somewhere we think around the carolinas and virginia, exit into the ocean and then moves to the north/northeast and hugs the shoreline a lot of rain and smaller snow totals along the shore. bigger snow totals inland. if it pushes further out to sea, okay, now it goes further out to sea the warm air stays with it further out to sea it's all sn
