a police officer shot and killed after responding to a domestic disturbance call at this new hampshire. officials say the house then set on fire and suddenly while a news helicopter's camera is rolling, the home literally explodes. jonathan hunt joins me live with the latest. how did this all unfold? >> that house, gretchen, is owned by 86-year-old walter nolan, also living at the house was his 47-year-old son, michael nolan. apparently the two men got into a heated verbal argument yesterday afternoon. a neighbor heard it, called 911. officer arkell was the first to respond, shot dead almost immediately as he entered the house. shot by the younger michael nolan. the older man at that point escap escaped. we saw him on the cameras being taken away on a stretcher. his injuries were not serious. michael nolan, the 47-year-old son, stayed in the house continuing to fire his weapons at officers who were gathering around it. and then apparently set some sort of fire inside the building. that burned for about an hour and then suddenly what you see right there, that huge explosion. michael nol
