[applause] new mexico is ranked seventh nationally in economic growth. wages are up, per capita income is up and as people look for work again and find jobs, our unemployment rate is declining. it was not luxury afforded me on entering office so i am particularly proud to say that whoever succeeds me will inherit a strong savings account with at least 10 percent of our state's
