but i think new york is not, we are in many ways purple as opposed to blue. the city of new york is very blue, but as a state, we are not one thing i want to say about anonymous with -- reporting, i have one concern about eliminating anonymous wording and i realize the response might be confidential reporting. but there are not a few victims of sexual abuse in their homes called the states central registry because they are in the bathroom, they are working out, they are worried about -- freaking out, worried about the sibling and themselves and they call anonymously. i shouldn't speak for chris but i'm sure she has had clients, i have had clients, i have kids in the care of my agency who ins negated the investigation themselves. -- instigated the investigation themselves. their parents wouldn't believe them. so i think this is easy to work out in legislation, but i do think there has to be a considered exception for children themselves reporting anonymously, which makes it much more likely they will report. >> talking about the red state-blue state divide. texas passe
