in rockland county, northbound new york state thruway 16 in harriman, construction wrapping up. alternate side parking rules are in effect. back to you, shirleen, ken. >> thank you so much. >>> we have breaking news in brooklyn. five people were shot early this morning. this happened inside a lounge. we find out one person is dead. this happened inside the buddha lounge before 3:00 this morning. rob nelson is live at the scene. >> reporter: we have new information right now about exactly what happened here. we know five people in all were shot, one fatally. it appears that the victim was the apparent target of the attack that happened a few hours ago. take a look at video. this happened at allies and it goes by the name of buddha lounge, a hookah shop on the street. about 3:00 a.m. a man walked in the business and began firing shooting the victim multiple times in the head and torso. that victim was taken to kings county hospital where he was pronounced dead. four other people were hurt. their injuries are not believed to be life threatening. video from inside the business shows
