let's get a check now of the much calmer forecast with meteorologist mike nicco. >> yes. we grappled yesterday. i did, with changing that to a four. keeping it a three was a good call. we just didn't have the major river flooding that we had during our strongest storm, which was january 8th two years ago when we had that 4. remember the flooding and the russian river flooded in the north bay. that's the difference. thunderstorms are possible in the north bay and locally breezy conditions around those showers and thunderstorms like we saw moved through navarro and ukiah. most of us are cloudy like at 280 and 17 with residual moisture on the ground everywhere including the south bay. >> those will taper, but so will our chances of showers as we head into the afternoon and evening hours. going to be a mild day with temperatures in the upper 50s. here's sue. >> we'll take a look at the roadways out there. we'll go to the bay bridge toll plaza first and take a look at the no metering lights. we have a little bit of backup there from the cash paying folks in the left hand lanes
