our nick valencia is with them. nick what are you seeing?ther more and more. they're gaining a little bit of momentum. there's a lot of space in between the protestors in the front and the protestors in the back. it's also a very diverse crowd. that rally just wrapped up at city hall. . the plan we've been told by some of the organizers here is to take this march to north avenue and pennsylvania. that's the scene of where the cvs was burned down and saw some looting on monday night. their energy is being focused on trying to reform the police system. this is not just about black lives i've been told. really about humanity. you see signs here about wanting to transform the peoplement back there, if you can make that out, a person has a sign showing a number of people they say have been murdered by police. by and large, still very peaceful. we do see a state police presence. as you can see, they're allowing these demonstrators to go through their process and leaving them at peace. we haven't seen anything so far. we'll continue to monitor this

nick valencia is live in waco with more. how is it looking this morning? >> reporter: a heavy police presence and active crime scene as you can see behind me. they established a perimeter around this strip mall. we heard from a police spokesman with waco police department about 170 people arrested as a result of this shootout yesterday. many are being processed right now in the local court. all will be charged with engaging in organized crime. some will face capital murder charges. what we know about what happened yesterday is that at about 12:00 p.m., police were anticipating some trouble. they knew a meeting was going to take place between motorcycle gangs here. that's why they were on hand. many marked vehicles were here but that didn't stop the brawl from breaking out. they tried to encourage twin peaks to stop the meeting from taking place but didn't get cooperation and adding to tension here today is a threat against law enforcement officials. biker gangs are making credible threats against law enforcement officials threatening hits against their liv
