nicki batiste for cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >>> new this morning a man is hospitalized after he is shot in south philadelphia. this half at 16th and le tona street after midnight. he was hit multiple times in his chest and stomach and is in extremely critical condition. surveillance cameras captured two men running from the scene around the time of the shooting. no word on a motive. >>> investigators from the ntsb will be in upper dash toy day set i don't view train operator who crash in the park train hurting 33 people. officials say one train over ran its stop and slammed into the park train at 69th street station. this all happened just after midnight yesterday, authorities say they are reviewing the vehicles and safety systems but as of right now the cause of the crash is still unclear. >> we will be here on the scene for four or five days collecting our evidence and once finished here we will continue investigation back in our home, headquarters in washington d.c. and then eventually, when we finish investigation nine to 12 months from now final report will be available to the publ
