forward i won size does not fit all we all have diversity different issues when we bought our house in noah valley we were told it was a single-family home we had anlogically in-law unit we legalized it and were able to rent it out plus provide housing for our friends and family out of town because we didn't have enough space in and out now, it's legalized did owner we've used air b and b and been happy, however, to put a 90 day limit on our use would not be helpful we're both retired and use that in case the remainder of the year but if you limit it to 90 days we couldn't rent it out the remainder of the time because people don't rent long term for 9 nos to from our prospective we like the 90 days to be lifted also i'm not i'm not sure i agree with the registry situation i've had difficulties with building and planning and not to give them another layer to spicket and that would be a disservice and not a good use of typewriter money thank you. >> thank you very much. next speaker. >> hi, i'm patrick a business owner in west selma and a business owner now people are using air b and b home s
