it does add up to well over 4 inches in the north bay, 9 inches or more in some of our north bay mountainous areas with all this rain. in a limited spanning time, we do have flood watches that kick off today at noon through 10:00pm on sunday. the sierra it does get winter weather advisories and winter storm warnings both coming into effect at 04:00pm today chain controls and those highest of elevations are likely in the days to come. as for that snowfall, it is going to be limited to upper elevations today and tomorrow, but will retreat to lower elevations after that multiple feet of snowfall in purple areas will staying below a foot over the weekend for areas in that blue. so it is pretty limited to those highest of elevations, even above lake level 50's for your highs today and we will remain in the 50's tomorrow for most areas. just a few low 60's returning towards sunday, especially tomorrow being rainy all day long sunday, a couple peeks of sun monday. we ramp up again and rainiest again into tuesday. >> south. but a media, high street, it's just a minor traffic collisions and you're ju

not too bad if you are coming out of the north bay right now traffic is moving pretty seamlessly acrossden gate bridge. starting with a positive there. thumbs up for the drive there. north of there out of petaluma, novato, a few brake lights, but nothing too bad, no crazy accidents or incidents to slow you down. bay bridge toll plaza though, that's backed up and you have got bumper-to-bumper traffic here. this is very typical for this time of the morning with those metering lights on. you can see that carpool lane though moving along pretty well. so always a good idea to share the ride if you can. and westbound 80, we're tracking a few brake lights, there's a hotspot there through san pablo gets a little bit better coming out of hercules, but once you are heading into berkeley and emeryville a few brake lights in that area. other than that, it's kind of typical along 880 into hayward and if you are taking that westbound 580 route over into the castro valley y traffic is moving along okay and northeast of the bay area bridges with the exception of the bay bridge looking pretty good. 92 s
