that's much better in waldorf and owings and north beach at 37. on the bay the naval academy is 41.ven damascus and white oak now down to 34. it is going to be a cold night potentially the first freeze of the year. we have not had a freeze yet. many areas have had a freeze but not at the airport. cold start@week. we're going to have temperatures tomorrow morning in the 20s in a lot of spots with those windchills maybe upper teens to low 20s early. only 35 to 40 in the afternoon. generally though good travel weather for much of the week. that's good news. lot of folks -- will be moving around. that's for sure. 60 though. 60 plus thursday, friday and saturday. in fact i think friday and saturday mid 60s the way it's looking right now. so nationally you see not much going on. storm system is going to come on shore in the northwest tomorrow. some lake effect snow is here. we had a system off the east coast. really brought some rain from delmarva down through the outer banks and as that pulls away tonight the cold continues to pour in. lake snow is falling from rochester south of buffalo
