north bay. we have a tenth to a quarter of an inch of rain near san jose and we are going to see that moving to the south but rainfall amounts becoming lighter. we can see rain moving to san rafael, vallejo, napa, and it continues towards antioch and concord. you're seeing rain starting to move in there and as we get a look at san francisco, some spotty light showers. we've seen it throughout the morning and it continues to move from berkeley and oakland so we'll be tracking the rain that may impact your morning commute and those slick roads will be a factor. >> because as you talked about the north bay saw up to a quarter inch in some areas. this is san rafael. there's slick conditions. if we look at the map farther north i did hair a report, chp filed a complaint -- not complaint but an issue says hydroplaning was involved in one of the crashes up there, 101 south at railroad. a smooth flow of traffic throughout most of the map but you see the green highlighting where the road weather index does talk about the fact you will have slicker roadways, it moves towards the walnut creek interchange.
