good morning, nydia and tam. good morning, everybody.he burbs early this morning so far so good. as you head eastbound toward king of prussia passing route 23 no delays yet. remember westbound we've got work zones during the mid days all this week. they're working in this area westbound headed toward trooper road and then they also work further west in the pottstown area between sanatoga and armand hammer boulevard and that zone starts at 7 o'clock so during the morning rush they're working westbound on 422 in pottstown. still have work going on right now on the northeast extension northbound. couple zones actually between quakertown and lehigh valley are blocking the left lane. and we still have some work on the east west turnpike eastbound in chester county just past downingtown. there the left lane is also out of commission. but farther east in montgomery county the zone between virginia drive and willow grove has cleared. as has the construction in hamilton township mercer county on 295 southbound. crews there have packed up and gone

good morning, annie. >> reporter: good morning, nydia. that's right that 12-year-old girl here at saint christopher's in stable condition. she was hit by a stray bullet as she was leaving a corner store. now, police say that she is one person of three that was hit during that gunfire. well, take a look at this video. this is video actually of that little girl being transported. chopper 6hd was over the scene just before 6:30 in north philadelphia. that's when the medics transported the young girl. police received numerous 911 calls about the shots fired in the 3,000 block of marshall street. police found three victims there, the 12-year-old girl and also a 23-year-old who is critical, shot in the neck and a 31-year-old shot in the ankle. both of the adults were transported to temple hospital. at the crime scene investigators found shell casings that show 19 shots were fired, some from an assault rifle others from a large caliber semi-automatic weapon. not far from the shooting scene police found a toyota with guns inside that matched the
