in ocala, 15,000 sandbags in two days. this is the biggest weather event here on florida's gulf coast since tropical storm colin which was just two months ago. neighbors know what to expect. they know that about the threat of potential tornadoes and storm surge and more flood that the storm system will bring. they're just hoping that it passes quickly. good news here though, according to the latest track this tropical storm is expected to move out of this area by tomorrow. but the bad news is as it continues to move north it brings the same threat that it brought here all along the east coast to people that could be impacted by its path there. reporting live at cedar key, sara rosario. >> as we just saw the situation is already bad with cars getting stuck. people in kayaks and canoes. it was downgraded within the last day or so to a tropical storm. >> it's been that same system that we heard about, twitter famous over the past week or so. invest 99 and wobbling through the caribbean and brought some rain to the florida key
