into the atlantic ocean.n the surfside south carolina area myrtle beach south carolina area got a look at this thing falling from the sky. folks pulling out their phones to take pictures and videos, curious to exactly what was falling from the sky. the balloon incident out here earlier today causing the faa to initiate ground stop at three airports along the coast, carolina coast in wilmington and myrtle beach area and one area a little further south of us, ground stop has been lifted the last couple of hours or so but it caused quite a bit of headache for folks trying to get into this area. i was one of them, had a flight at 1:40 p.m. expected to get to the myrtle beach area around 2:40 p.m. but that did not happen. the flight continuously got delayed over and over again until the ground stop was finally lifted this afternoon. this was white a site here as folks were able to get a look at the chinese spy balloon, get shot with the missile and drop down into the ocean. we haven't seen any boats or anything of
