we awarded, when i say we, what i'm really talking about ocie administered contracts. so we in the larger sense are general contractors, developers, their rewards that we administer. overall if there are 11 contracts totaling about $54 million. here are the examples of credits and participation. the total sbe credits granted ventures associations. the participation totals to about $33 million or 62 percent. still above the 50 percent threshold that we have. in terms of a break down between professional services and construction and supplies, as you see later on in the slides, what we have looked at and there are distinct activities between professional services and construction we have worked those components out. consistently those professional services have exceeded our goal of 50 percent. what you see here is a the total of a half million dollars and that constitutes about 52 percent. construction we typically are either below or at margin with that 50 percent. i have to be quite honest it's rather difficult for construction in the sense for the barriers to entry in

ocie has been working very closely with mjm in order to reduce management fees since we know that we plan to bring on additional parks in the future and we have to contain cost but at the same time keep the level of security as well as maintenance that people have come accustomed to and we think we can achieve that by spreading out some of those cost. the reason why it doesn't have the same management fees because it has different intensity level and we have achieved savings and we can talk about that in greater detail if there are questions. this is the estimated months they will be in operation during this year. it's an estimate again. if the park opens slightly later then we won't pay for those management fees structured as such. and then i just want to go overwork force compliance. mjm is a -- owned business. they have moved out of that category, three of the subcontractors are sb and they have 58 percent of the contract, the three sb's that are listed here. i think that concludes my presentation. i have mary cruz and -- who are extremely familiar with the parks as well as the pa

so ocie no longer has any employees at soutd beach harbor. this agreement has no real change to their terms and conditions of employment. and the tennants at south beach harbor have been expecting this since their solution and they have been very regular monthly stakeholders meetings and the question is when is this going to happen, not whether this happened. so there is a lot of opportunity for public input on this from the stakeholders. these lease terminations were heard from the port commission in january and were acted upon in february unanimously and with no opposition at the port commission. the port commission was very complimentary of the staff in reaching this point. one of the things that did help as you may remember some time ago this commission was involved in raising birthing fees at the harbor and that allowed the harbor to get more stainable and the staff was comfortable that they knew how to move forward and they have reached that level with the expected plans in increased fees. so the implementation of this agreement is cond

the chart provided here is the industry classification followed with the oci standards with construction contractors. we have 14 million size standards. shown from the column there are the size standards, not proposed but will take effect july 1st by the city and county of francisco. they do certify businesses under three classification those being small be and micro be's and sba under federal standards. what will take effect on july 1st, the size standards for the small businesses for construction will go to $20 million. i believe it's at the 14 current. specialty construction contractors will go to 10, suppliers at 10, professional services will remain at 2.5 and trucking at 3.5. how we are dealing with discrepancies in terms of the professional services at least on a current basis, the way that we handle lbe certification in our program is we look at lbe's that are certified and take the added level of scrutiny to ask for revenue figures to ensure that the lbe false -- falls below the current threshold. we are in with consistent contractors and with suppliers. but come july 1st becaus
