looking at the radar right now, we continue to see the rain push offshore.e strong storms along the outer banks of north carolina. fortunately that is now all heading off to the east. high pressure will build and on the backside of this storm system. there is the potential to bring some more rain back into the area. looking at the temperature right now, 62 degrees downtown baltimore, 56 at b.w.i. thurgood marshall airport. we will be colder tonight, 53 downtown but 40's out in the suburbs. expect the rain to clear out and the skies will clear out as well, bringing some sunshine tomorrow. it will be cooler than what we saw today thanks to the high- pressure system building in. a lot of sunshine across the center part of the state. 53 for the high temperature in the mountains. that takes us into the seven-day forecast. 68 degrees as we go into wednesday, still very sunny out there. a high of 70 on thursday and friday is the next chance for rain. we expect mostly dry conditions and high temperatures. >> today has the feeling of black monday for the ravens, with
