one of my ask is, that the housing authority qualify people ople. a lot of time and it's not just the housing authority. a lot of times what happens is they come in, people come in and whoever is working with them tells them what the rules are but they don't tell them the exception to the rules. so i'm going to give you an example. for example when you're qualifying for a home ownership and they say you have to be doing something the same work for the last two years, well the exception, so when you say that, oh i have not done that, so people walk away, but the exception is if you go to school and maij order in that, then you qualify, right? or if you work for a bank and you go from receptionist to a sales person, that qualifies because you're in the same industry, right. so if you explain things like that. the other comment i want to make and it's been the experience and one of the main issues that the housing authority is like the other gentleman said, reasonable accommodation forms from the doctor's office, i've gone to at least six times to say
