we can show you where it is from where we are in the orinda hills. it is on the north side of highway 24. you can see large swaths of dirt where part of the hill has broken away in the landslide. there are three transmission towers near the area. the one in the foreground, closest to us, if you look close, it looks like it is tilted. that's the one we're talking about here. here is an aerial view from sky fox. this is a transmission tower in a remote location not near any homes. because of the landslide, the area around it is unstable and pg&e is working to stabilize the area so the transmission tower is not threatened. they have been bringing poles to build a temporary backup to connect the wires to if it has to go out of service or be disconnected. there are two train trucks parked on highway 24 below, located in the eastbound direction. those crane trucks are there to catch overhead power lines in case they dip or fall. pg&e says the cranes are there out of an abundance of caution as they try to shore up the tower on the hill above. it is there ju
