i put it in the category of overseas spending. state department spending, building embassies in baghdad, the military operations, foreign aid. it is about $1.40 trillion a year. we can put a lot from that. too often the republicans and democrats got together and agreed on spending. it should be that we could get together and agree not to spend money overseas. we should be helping the american people.
