on the mild side this morning and i mentioned the wind 59 in easton and 58 hagerstown and even york, p.a. is 10 degrees warmer than baltimore. how often do you see that and that will change. check out wind forecast. highlighting the eastern flow that drags in more moisture and if we don't have clouds this morning, or you don't have mostly cloudy skies it will develop. and that south eastern wind will probably help to develop late showers from our south overnight and help to increase the chance of fog strong east wind tomorrow and showers will give way to a steady rain and look at that wind line shift that's cold air coming in from the south and this is an anomaly but tomorrow we will transition over to colder air settling in and just to the west we could have snow showers on wednesday. and it is getting close and might not just be downtown, though. breezy today, we are looking for temperatures from the mid- 50s going to 66 they afternoon. turning mostly cloudy to overcast and we will talk about that threat of rain and the cool down in a moment. 5:08. here's traffic with tanya. >> reporte
