highway 1 through pacifica, 280 in daly city, a lot of thick fog. maybe in the upper right corner you can see the caltrans warning sign at the san mateo bridge. fog is very thick and there is a dense fog advisory in effect so this is the commute direction. you can see the taillights towards the peninsula and eastbound traffic heading towards hayward so drive time is still okay about 13 minutes in either direction. as far as accidents go, we haven't seen too many big ones this morning. i'm going to show you one here in just a minute that caused damage but in the meantime, macworld 2012 is going on in san francisco. so there are street closures south of market area howard shut down between 3rd and 4th. there may be some muni delays and reroutes in that area, as well. so could get busy around that stretch so watch out for that commuting in san francisco. this was the scene of an earlier accident northbound 880 at 84. the question mark means it's already cleared but apparently the car ran into like a chain- link fence off the road into that fence. and s
