i'm dave clark. >> i'm pam cook. we are following breaking news this morning. police are on the scene of a violent takeover robbery. it happened just about an hour ago at a mcdonnells. ktvu kraig debro joins us from the scene. >> reporter: yeah, good morning, pam. i spoked to a berkeley police surgery she had no new information. she said a lieutenant was on the way down to talk to us. this mcdonalds is a couple blocks north of gillman. we will show you what happened to one of those employees. this happened at 5:30. we got here a few minutes ago. one of the employees inside is being attended to by a paramedic. apparently the paramedic had been hit on the head during the course of the robbery. paramedics were here and checked him out. he was holding an ice pack on his head. now i would like to walk around places when i first get here. when i did in this case we see the thieves made a hasty exit. a trail of moneyny leading from one of the back doors of the restaurant. $20-30 out there but still an indication of the thief making a get away and in a very, very quick

monday december 20th i'm dave clark. >> i'm pam cook. time now is 6:30. two men are dead and four others are injured after a violent weekend in oakland. four separate shootings happened between saturday night and yesterday evening. now the latest shooting happened at about 5:40 yesterday evening. a person that was shot is expected to survive. but around 3:30 yesterday morning a 20-year-old man was found shot dead in a car on east 26th street. 45 minutes earlier two men were shot on international boulevard. one of them is now on life support. and three hours before that incident around 11:00 saturday night two people were shot on east 17th street. one of them pronounced dead at the scene. police say the shootings are not related. >>> the internal revenue service has its eye on the gas pipeline explosion. they are requiring the explosion victims to pay federal income tax for the money they received from pg&e to help them rebuild. but jackie spear is promising a fight over this. she vows to make sure that none of the money has to be declared as taxable gross
