it is good for the parkinson's. i thought it was an interesting answer from somebody with the disease. you have to take a balanced approach. we used to really be against these chairs that would push you out. i don't know if you remember them but it would push you up and out of the chair and parkinson's' patients were like we need this. no, you have to keep getting out of the chair yourself. you want to be empthetic and caring but if they don't keep doing stuff on their own it is not good. >> so you don't disappear. >> the other thing is there is an enormous variation in the kinds of parkinson's people get. there is an enormous range. and as a parkinson's patient you get good days and bad days. it is a little mysterious. you might have an anxious day and then a painful day the next. it is very difficult to get a sense. i don't think we understand much about the range of things and patients need, i think one thing that is quite encouraging is they are sharing a lot of tricks. there is all kinds of tricks to get around
