i want to bring in blayne alexander from atlanta and also former federal prosecutor paul butler. so blaine, can we expect the report to be made public? >> reporter: that is the big question. and that is something that we're hoping to find out in good b. about two weeks. there is a hearing set for january 24 whether or not it will be made public and in its entirety or redacted. there is certainly a lot of interest in kind of arguing as to whether or not this should be made public. we know that the d.a.'s office will make her case. also members of the media can make cases as well, the newspaper of record here has already made it clear that they plan to fight for it to be made public. and what i think is important to mention, the special grand jury itself voted they said that they believe that it should be made public. so that is what will be argued in a hearing in about two weeks or so. but as for what happens next, it is important to remind viewers why the grand jury was convene, it was to investigate. they don't have the power to issue indictments but rather what we'll see in the
