ktvu meteorologist steve paulson has a look at what to expect.in the early october and temperatures, the lows took a little dip here this morning after that low came through on the weekend. it's now all the way into the rockies, but 39 middletown this morning, even around cotati and penngrove, 42 boulder creek and 43 windsor, san anselmo, close for hollister, sonoma and also woodside. if there's no breeze in calm conditions, i think we'll get a few more upper 30s today, morrow morning, but all signs are pointing towards a little bit of a warm up here. inland temps bump up a little today, more pronounced as we head to tuesday wednesday, thursday and friday. but we'll get some upper 80s to maybe low 90s here with a little bit of a northerly breeze you can see that's trying to kick in for some northwest there at ben lomond mountain mount veeder though with a north wind that's picking up a little bit. so we're starting to see some of the higher elevations. also mount diablo, atlas peak showing a little northerly breeze water temps have actually come

let's check in with steve paulson right now. he is tracking warmer.ed that about 2 or 3 weeks ago. i was walking through the neighborhood and a terminix guy was there and i said, what's the big what's what's the big deal here? and he goes, spiders. and they get caught in the wind. oh, i didn't know that either guy. so they're ballooning. i guess it's good to know. we do have a slight offshore breeze here and not not strong, but it doesn't take much in this kind of a pattern. it's you know, we're not seeing 40 or 50 miles an hour. i thank goodness for that. but, boy, does it make an impact on temperatures on the coast. and in san francisco, already some low 70s, as i don't think a sea breeze is in the mix today, maybe saturday. but we're seeing 60s and 70s for some big spreads here in a lot of these temps, a lot of these are wind driven 30s in the mountains, truckee, south, lake tahoe, 65, crescent city, 65, san diego. you don't see that all the time. the high is building in for a couple of days and then it'll start to get bumped out of here. but for t
