liz: let me ask charles payne something. i have massive respect for charles payne stockpicking ability. he told me something, my client started asking to be into the market late november, early december. you called the dollar store trade a couple of weeks ago, what do you see now? is there a trend starting to develop? >> the people are still coming in, the trend i saw, one woman came on who lost money. she said she would never played market again. the trick himm in mind that i he the market. all of my clients are in fixed income and they hate me and they will leave me so i have to get into this. some are kicking and screaming, some people are coming back. what i worry about is people who have missed the entire run-up, try to jump into the market now with a little bit of a correction, and then they give up on it again. i look at income statements, balance sheets, cash flow and it is justified without the fed. ultimately the fed money will pour into the market and it is not frothy just yet. david: what about the retail investo

time to make money with charles payne. looking at systems software for the insurance industry. what have you got for us, charles? >> white snake. i will hear the song all day long. one. real hot trades over last couple years is software for the hospital industry. anybody who has been into a hospital realize they have old computers there. they have like the original computers. insurance industry is not too much better. if you ever go to the insurance industry, hard-wired cobal things that go back to 1978. they have made huge inroads, guy wire. they sales underwaiting, correct premiums and pay out policies and and pay out claims. they have great growth potential all around the world. what i like typically come in and usually sell insurance companies claims center software. sell them the policy center software and then billing software. they have a nice up selling policy. in the pipeline they have a thing called project vega, a web-based administration all of these things. we know that is where everything is going. if that wo

charles payne is here to show you how to make some money. what is going on with this market?es: you remember -- market down. to be quite frank with you, environmentally it is a legit concern. you know, i will go check it out. i am definitely putting it somewhere else. immersion is an interesting company. they make a technology that is called haptic basic. it really increases the touch screen dramatically. they finally settled a major lawsuit with motorola and google. earlier this month they signed a huge deal with google. the margins will be much higher than any other deal they have had before. they have deals with tokyo, motorola, almost all the major dealers. the stock is up a lot. people should know, if you go back to 2000, it was a $66 stock. you have your typical risk. a lot of their revenue comes from samsung. what a client to have. it is one that people should take a look at. i think it will be a huge when. less than $11. tracy: 66. charles: we are down four or five dollars. i wish i would have jumped on it then. tracy: what does this do to apple? charles: i don't know
