he's charged with six counts of peeping tom violations and six more counts in the separate lawsuit.may of last year, howard county police say a woman says she was in the bathroom at the rams head when a video camera fell on the floor next to her. she reported it to police and police said the reporting showed someone placing the camera in the bathroom. that person was later identified at muehlhauser. six women were captured in the video and police were able to match the d.n.a. from that camera to muehlhauser. >> it's quite concerning not only for the people who have been to that restaurant but people in the community in general. we've gotten quite a few calls from women who are asking for additional information because they've been to the restaurant or to the bar. >> reporter: muehlhauser turned himself back in february but hes released a statement on his decision with the bar. still he hasn't quit his job totally. i'll tell you what his statement said and what his role is with the rams head tavern. more on that coming up at 6:30. live in howard county, i'm nikki burdine, wusa9. >>>
