"nbc 10's" matt delucia just arrived on scene. matt, what can you tell us? >> reporter: rosemary, i spoke to the fire chief out here. let knee get out of the way. the situation is clearing up. what i'm told is there was a small electrical fire on the second floor of this penndot building and it started in a mechanical room. there's a lot of smoke that was caused as a result. some workers were in here. now i'm being told they were allowed to go back inside and re-evaluate. inside the building they handle the traffic control systems where they manage and monitor all the traffic throughout the region out here. i'm told by the fire chief out here that that system was affected because of what happened out here this morning. again, you're going to see some of these fire trucks moving out of the area. the fire is out and they're trying to get everything back up and running. the lights that you see on in the building, they're running off of backup power. i'm told they're working to get that t
