we've got a disabled vehicle and now you can see penndot on the scene assisting with this.is on i-95 southbound at the vine street expressway. so as you head towards penn's landing, just a little bit of slowing here. traffic starting to get a little slow from past the betsy ross bridge to the vine with this disabled vehicle even though it's off to the side, i think people are kind of cautious now and penndot's got the arrow board out so that's what's creating a little bit of a delay right there. let's check the big picture here. we had some problems earlier. we saw speeds of about 20 miles an hour right here. it was on the walt whitman bridge. crews had set up and blocked a lane as you head eastbound in new jersey. looks like they left the scene though, 'cause traffic is moving a little bit better right there so not as big of a deal and here's that i-95 southbound. you see now 28 miles an hour, so some delays kind of starting to kick in. in new castle county, you've got a delay and it's going to last a month so congratulations there. this is i-95 northbound near talley road
