joel penner is dordt's new head football coach. penner spent the last four years as the offensive in ohio. the 37-year-old has 16 years of college experience, including three years at northwestern college. penner says he was looking for 3 things before he took the job -- player abilities -- being able to put together his own staff -- and institutional support. he says he found everything he was looking for. "i feel great about t l three aspects," said penner.
