thanks for joining us i'm tony perkins >> i'm marina marraco in for shawn, some of the victims may not have known they were being targeted. lauren demarco is live with the story. lauren? >>>. >> reporter: a woman was heading up the escalator when she felt somebody put their hand underneath her skirt. she took off. the suspect headed back in towards the station. metro transit police reviewed surveillance images and they see that the man was actually putting his cell phone underneath her skirt. presumably to take a picture or some other type of video. there's security cameras all over this metro station and what's more disturbing, police say they could see the suspect do this to several other victims out women ever noticing. releasing parts of the video that show this guy in hopes the public can identify him. you see him there in the black shirt near the man with the boycott. at one point he steps off the escalator looking at his phone and there are clips of him pacing the area where automotive then comes down again. take a good look, investigators isolate still pictures. columbia height

thanks for joining us, i'm tony perkins though the officer won't face charges, terrence sterling's family still wants justice and answers. fox5's marina maracco joins us fow with the latest. marina. >>reporter: and in response to the decision that came down earlier today there was a small canned light vigil right here at third and m and this is where that fatal shooting took place back in september of 2016. you see here on the lamppost there are some small posters that have been left behind herement it say s no justice, no piece. you see terrence sterling's face. although the d.c. police officer , a four year veteran of the force is not facing criminal charges we have learned that mayor bowser and d.c. police department is asking for his resining. in the meantime the sterling family as well as their attorney is saying their fight is not over. i can say that this should not come as a surprise, but it does. it hurts ever time. it's been nearly a year since 31 sterling was shot to death by a d.c. police officer. and this is just another unarmed black man killed by a white police officer, cou

thank you for joining us i'm tony perkins >> i'm shawn yancy. the suspect was a cvs employee. he's accused of shooting and killing his boss, the cvs manager >> paul wagner joins us with latest, paul. >> reporter: it took warrington police six days to make the arrest. taking webster's duse into custody at this house behind me in fairfax county earlier today. the fauquier county commonwealth's attorney said the investigation was intense and fast moving. but at this hour, the motive is still unclear. warrington police closed in on bernard duse obtaining a warrant for his arrest, his neighbor page reid watched from across the street this morning as police searched his house but had no idea he had been arrested for murder. >> what? i totally shocked. >> reporter: reid said duse and the woman he lived with kept to himself, she says she didn't see them much. this morning as the sun came up, she watched as police took some items out of the house including a safe >> they cut open's pulling contents out of it, laying it on the lawn, kind of doing an inventory and taking pictures of it.

i'm tony perkins >> i'm marina marraco in for shawn, police are on the scene of an abduction and an attempted sexual assault in reston. fox 5 evan lambert is live and has the latest on the investigation. evan? . >> reporter: marina and tony police still right now appears there are several detectives out here as well along north shore drive. this is the tall oaks section of reston right near a community pool, and we're also on the other side of the tall oaks village center as well. i want to show you video from skyfox over the scene earlier this attack happened around 2:30, they say a 22-year-old woman was walking along the sidewalk when a man came up to her and dragged her into the woods. you can see some of that from our ground video. then the man tried taking off that woman's pants, her screams, according police, alerted neighbors, and that scared the suspect back to his car, where he took off. according to the fairfax county police. we spoke to a neighbor who says they say incident in broad daylight makes him worry for his wife and young family >> it's kind of troubling. you know, we walk

thanks for simmons in for shawn >> i'm tony perkins, courtney ashe, 5-year-old son and 9-year-old cousint missing during storms friday. investigators found her car along with three bodies in a creek in leesburg. fox 5 lindsay watts is live with the latest. lindsay? >> reporter: tony, the creek where the victims were found is about a mile from this roadblock. within the last five minutes, we saw the car being towed away. we were with courtney ashe's mother soon after she found out that her daughter's car had been found. we had just arrived at her them to interview her and she told us instead to follow her to the creek. at that point, she had very limited details. of we'll show you video now. the family was able to go on to the creek, we were stopped at the roadblock. we saw ambulances and fire trucks rushing to the scene. paramedics running out of their vehicles. seeing that sense of urgency, we were hopeful that than what we saw. but later we did find out that three bodies were found in the creek along with the car. courtney ashe is from suffolk virginia. she was visiting family in ashbu
